Order processing

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days*. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Note: I am a full-time art student and run this shop alongside my studies. I do my best to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible, but there may occasionally be some delays. I really appreciate your patience! ^_^

*During the first batch of orders shipping may take a little longer than usual while I finish setting up my postal service. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. Delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside of my control.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Orders that only contain stickers might be sent by stamp without tracking information.

Customs & Import Fees

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for any additional charges that may occur upon delivery.
